All products are digital and delivered electronically — there are no physical goods to ship. On purchase you receive access in your browser (and a PDF where applicable), normally within minutes. If something doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then email didi@rogtht.io and we'll put it right.
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 always apply: if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said, you're entitled to a remedy.
Because these are digital products delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds are at our discretion. We will refund within 14 days of purchase where the content has not been substantially accessed or credits substantially used.
Email didi@rogtht.io with your order details; we aim to respond within 2 business days. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we'd always rather make it right directly.
Purchases are one-off, so there's no recurring subscription to cancel. If we introduce an optional subscription or membership in future, you'll be able to cancel it at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current period.
By purchasing or using Kaiārahi you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access Kaiārahi for your own learning. Access is for one person and must not be shared, resold, or sub-licensed.
Please don't misuse the service, attempt to copy or break it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.
All content, materials, and software remain the property of Tatau Pounamu Limited. Anything you create using the tools is yours.
Where a purchase includes AI usage credits, additional credits may be purchased; credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider [Stripe / chosen processor]. We don't store your full card details. Prices are shown in NZD at checkout.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Your name and email, purchase details, and how you use the service (to improve it). Card details are handled by our payment provider [Stripe / chosen processor] — we never see or store your full card number.
To deliver the product, support you, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and share it only as needed with service providers (e.g. our payment provider) under appropriate safeguards.
Māori data is treated as a taonga, with care and guardianship.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing didi@rogtht.io.
